smile your troubles away
A little girl walked to and from school daily. Though the weather that morning was questionable and clouds were forming, she made her daily trek to the elementary school. As the afternoon progressed, the winds whipped up, along with thunder and lightning. The mother of the little girl felt concerned that her daughter would be frightened as she walked home from school and she herself feared that the electrical storm might harm her child. Following the roar of thunder, lightning, like a flaming word, would cut through the sky.Full of concern, the mother quickly got into her car and drove along the route to her child's school. As she did so, she saw her littlegirl walking along, but at each flash of lightning, the child would stop, look up and smile. Another and another were to follow quickly and with each, the little girl would look at the streak of light and smile. When the mother's car drove up beside the child, she lowered the window and called to her, "What are you doing? Why do you keep stopping?" The child answered, "I am trying to look pretty, God keeps taking my picture"
The Moral of the story is........
"Face the storms that come your way and don't forget to SMILE !
"Now Smile...... And pass it along to brighten someone else's day because I know you SMILED!!!
4 boy friends-- with new ending
She also loved the 3rd boyfriend very much and was always showing him off to neighboring kingdoms. However, she feared that one day he would leave her for another.
She also loved her 2nd boyfriend. He was her confidant and was always kind, considerate and patient with her. Whenever this girl faced a problem, she could confide in him, and he would help her get through the difficult times. The girls 1st boyfriend was a very loyal partner and had made great contributions in maintaining her wealth and kingdom. However, she d id not love the first boyfriend. Although he loved her deeply, she hardly took notice of him!One day, the girl fell ill and she knew her time was short. She thought of her luxurious life and wondered, I now have four boyfriends with me, but when I die, I'll be all alone.'Thus, she asked the 4th boyfriend, 'I loved you the most, endowed you with the finest clothing and showered great care over you. Now that I'm dying, will you follow me and keep me company?''No way!', replied the 4th boyfriend, and he walked away without another word.. His answer cut like a sharp knife right into her heart. The sad girl then asked the 3rd boyfriend, 'I loved you all my life. Now that I'm dying, will you follow me and keep me company?'
'No!', replied the 3rd boyfriend. 'Life is too good! When you die, I'm going to marry someone else!'
Her heart sank and turned cold. She then asked the 2nd boyfriend, 'I have always turned to you for help and you've always been there for me. When I die, will you follow me and keep me company?''I'm sorry, I can't help you out this time!', replied the 2nd boyfriend. 'At the very most, I can only walk with you to your grave.' His answer struck her like a bolt of lightning, and the girl was devastated. Then a voice called out: 'I'll go with you. I'll follow you no matter where you go..' The girl looked up, and there was his first boyfriend. He was very skinny as he suffered from malnutrition and neglect.Greatly grieved, the girl said, 'I should have taken much better care of you when I had the chance!' In truth, you have 4 boyfriends in your lives:Your 4th boyfriend is your body. No matter how much time and effort you lavish in making it look good, it will leave you when you die.
Your 3rd boyfriend is your possessions, status and wealth. When you die, it will all go to others.
Your 2nd boyfriend is your family and friends. No matter how much they have been there for you, the furthest they can stay by you is up to the grave. And your 1st boyfriend is your Soul. Often neglected in pursuit of wealth, power and pleasures of the world. However, your Soul is the only thing that will follow you where ever you go.Cultivate, strengthen and cherish it now, for it is the only part of you that will follow you to the throne of God and continue with you throughout Eternity.
Thought for the day:Remember, when the world pushes you to your knees, you're in the perfect position to pray.
Being happy doesn't mean everything's perfect. It means you've decided to see beyond the imperfections.

Give 100 % in relationship
A boy and a girl were playing together. The boy had a collection of marbles. The girl had some sweets with her. The boy told the girl that he will give her all his marbles in exchange for her sweets. The girl agreed.
The boy kept the biggest and the most beautiful marble aside and gave the rest to the girl.. The girl gave him all her sweets as she had promised.
That night, the girl slept peacefully. But the boy couldn't sleep as he kept wondering if the girl had hidden some sweets from him the way he had hidden his best marble.
Moral of the story: If you don't give your hundred percent in a relationship, you'll always keep doubting if the other person has given his/her hundred percent.. This is applicable for any relationship like love, employer-employee relationship etc., Give your hundred percent to everything you do and sleep peacefully
Start living your life......
It's another morning.......
Again I have to go to office
Ohh, this is me... I shouted having a glance on my snap in today's newspaper.
But what the HELL it is doing in the death column??
Strange...
One sec...
Let me think, last night when I was going to bed I had a severepain in my chest, but I don't remember anything after that, I think I had asound sleep.
Its morning now,
ohh.....
It's already 10:00 AM,
where is my coffee?
I will be late for office and my boss will get a chance to irritate me.
Where is everyone...? ?? I screamed.
"I think there is a crowed outside my room, let me check." I said tomyself.
So many people..... Not all of them crying...But why some of them crying...
WHAT IS THIS???
I m laying there on the floor..."I AM HERE" ... I shouted!!!
No one listen."LOOK I AM NOT DEAD" ...
I screamed once again!!!
No one is interested inme. They all were looking me on the bed.I went back to my bed room."Am I dead??" I asked myself.Where is my wife, my children, my mom-DAD, my friends?I found them in the next room, all of them were crying... still trying toconsole each other.
My wife was crying... she was really looking sad.My little kid was not sure what happened, but he was crying just coz his mom was sad.How can I go without saying my kid that I really love him, I really do careof him. ??How can I go without saying my wife that she is really most beautiful andmost caring wife in this world..??
How can I go without telling my friends that without them perhaps I haved one most of the wrong things in my life... thanks for being there alwayswhen I need them... and sorry for not being there when they really needme..I can see a person standing in the corner and trying to hide his tears...Ohh... he was once my best friend, but a small misunderstanding made uspart, and we both have strong enough ego to keep us disconnect.I went there.. And offered him my hand,
"Dear friend... I just want to saysorry for everything, we r still best friend, please forgive me."No response from other side, what the hell?? He is still preserving his ego, I am saying sorry... even then!!!I really don't care for such people. But one sec.... it seems he is not able to see me!!!! He did not see myextended hand.
My goodness... AM I REALLY DEAD???I just sat down near ME; I was also feeling like crying..."OHH ALMIGHTY!!!! PLEASE JUST GIVE ME FEW MORE DAYS....
"I just wasn't to make my wife, my parents; my friends realize that how muchI love them.
My wife entered in the room, she looks beautiful."YOU R BEAUTIFUL" I shouted. She didn't hear my words, in fact she never heard these words coz I neversaid this to her."GOD!!!!" I screamed... a little more time plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. .
I cried...One more chance please...
to hug my child, , to say sorry to my friends foreverything I have not given to them, and thanks for still being in mylife....Then I looked up and cried!!!!I shouted...."GOD!!!! ONE MORE CHANCE PLEASE!!!!""You shouted in your sleep," said my wife as she gently woke me up.
"Didyou have a nightmare?
"I was sleeping....Ohh that was just a dream....My wife was there... she can hear me...This is the happiest moment of my life...I hugged her and whispered... .
"U R THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AND CARING WIFE INTHIS UNIVERSE.... I REALLY LOVE U DEAR"I can't understand the reason of the smile on her face with some tears inher eyes, still I m happy.... :)
"THANK YOU GOD FOR THIS SECOND? CHANCE."
So, Now it's not late.. Forget your egos, past........ ..., and expressyour love to others...... .... Be friendly..... ......... ..

DATE WITH A WOMAN
The other woman that my wife wanted me to visit was my MOTHER, who hasbeen a widow for 19 years, but the demands of my work and my threechildren had made it possible to visit her only occasionally.
That night I called to invite her to go out for dinner and a movie.
'What's wrong, are you well,' she asked? My mother is the type of womanwho suspects that a late night call or a surprise invitation is a signof bad news.
'I thought that it would be pleasant to be with you,' I responded. 'Justthe two of us.'
She thought about it for a moment, and then said, 'I would like thatvery much.'
That Friday after work, as I drove over to pick her up I was a bitnervous.
When I arrived at her house, I noticed that she, too, seemed to benervous about our date. She waited in the door with her coat on. She hadcurled her hair and was wearing the dress that she had worn to celebrateher last wedding anniversary.
She smiled from a face that was as radiant as an angel's.
'I told my friends that I was going to go out with my son, and they wereimpressed, 'she said, as she got into the car. 'They can't wait to hearabout our meeting'. We went to a restaurant that, although not elegant, was very nice and cozy. My mother took my arm as if she were the FirstLady.
After we sat down, I had to read the menu. Large print. Half way throughthe entries, I lifted my eyes and saw Mom sitting there staring at me. Anostalgic smile was on her lips.
'It was I who used to have to read the menu when you were small,' shesaid.
'Then it's time that you relax and let me return the favor,' Iresponded.
During the dinner, we had an agreeable conversation - nothingextraordinary, but catching up on recent events of each other's life. Wetalked so much that we missed the movie.
As we arrived at her house later, she said, 'I'll go out with you again, but only if you let me invite you.' I agreed. 'How was your dinnerdate?' asked my wife when I got home. 'Very nice. Much more so than Icould have imagined,' I answered.
A few days later, my mother died of a massive heart attack. It happenedso suddenly that I didn't have time to do anything for her. Some timelater, I received an envelope with a copy of a restaurant receipt fromthe same place mother and I had dined.
An attached note said: 'I paid this bill in advance. I wasn't sure thatI could be there; but nevertheless, I paid for two plates - one for youand the other for your wife. You will never know what that night meantfor me.
I love you, son.'
At that moment, I understood the importance of saying in time: 'ILOVE YOU!'and to give our loved ones the time that they deserve. Nothing in life is more important than God and your family. Give them the time they deserve, because these things cannot be put off till 'some other time.'

Moral story
Priya married Hitesh this day. At the end of the wedding party, Priya's mother gave her a newly opened bank saving passbook. With Rs.1000 deposit amount.
Mother: 'Priya, take this passbook. Keep it as a record of your marriage
life. When there's something happy and memorable happened in your new life, put some money in. Write down what it's about next to the line. The more memorable the event is, the more money you can put in. I've done the first one for you today. Do the others with Hitesh. When you look back after years, you can know how much happiness you've had.'
Priya shared this with Hitesh when getting home. They both thought it was a great idea and were anxious to know when the second deposit can be made.
This was what they did after certain time: -
7 Feb: Rs.100, first birthday celebration for Hitesh after marriage -
1 Mar: Rs.300, salary raise for Priya -
20 Mar: Rs.200, vacation trip to Bali -
15 Apr: Rs.2000, Priya got pregnant -
1 Jun: Rs.1000, Hitesh got promoted ...... and so on...
However, after years, they started fighting and arguing for trivial things. They didn't talk much. They regretted that they had married the most nasty people in the world.... no more love....Kind of typical nowadays, huh?
One day Priya talked to her Mother: 'Mom, we can't stand it anymore. We agree to divorce. I can't imagine how I decided to marry this guy!!!'
Mother: 'Sure, girl, that's no big deal. Just do whatever you want if you really can't stand it. But before that, do one thing first. Remember the saving passbook I gave you on your wedding day? Take out all money and spend it first. You shouldn't keep any record of such a poor marriage.' Priya thought it was true. So she went to the bank, waiting at the queue and planning to cancel the account.
While she was waiting, she took a look at the passbook record. She looked, and looked, and looked. Then the memory of all the previous joy and happiness just came up her mind. Her eyes were then filled with tears.. She left and went home. When she was home, she handed the passbook to Hitesh, asked him to spend the money before getting divorce.
The next day, Hitesh gave the passbook back to Priya. She found a new
deposit of Rs.5000. And a line next to the record: 'This is the day I notice how much I've loved you thru out all these years. How much happiness you've brought me.' They hugged and cried, putting the passbook back to the safe. Do you know how much money they had saved when they retired? I did not ask.I believe the money did not matter any more after they had gone thru all the good years in their life.
"When you fall, in any way, Don't see the place where you fell, Instead see the place from where you slipped. Life is about correcting mistakes."

Remember to put the Glass Down
"I really don't know unless I weigh it," said the professor, "but, my question is:
What would happen if I held it up like this for a few minutes?"
'Nothing' …..the students said.
'Ok what would happen if I held it up like this for an hour?'
the professor asked.
'Your arm would begin to ache' said one of the student
"You're right, now what would happen if I held it for a day?"
"Your arm could go numb, you might have severe muscle stress & paralysis & have to go to hospital for sure!"
….. ventured another student & all the students laughed
"Very good. But during all this, did the weight of the glass change?" asked the professor.
'No'…. Was the answer. "Then what caused the arm ache & the muscle stress?"
The students were puzzled.
"What should I do now to come out of pain?" asked professor again.
"Put the glass down!" said one of the students "Exactly!" said the professor.
Life's problems are something like this. Hold it for a few minutes in your head & they seem OK.
Think of them for a long time & they begin to ache. Hold it even longer & they begin to paralyze you. You will not be able to do anything.
It's important to think of the challenges or problems in your life, But EVEN MORE IMPORTANT is to 'PUT THEM DOWN' at the end of every day before You go to sleep.
That way, you are not stressed, you wake up every day fresh &strong & can handle any issue, any challenge that comes your way!
So, when you leave office today, Remember friend to
'PUT THE GLASS DOWN TODAY! '

For Hard workers Only..
A man came home from work late, tired and irritated, to find his 5-year old son waiting for him at the door.SON: "Daddy, may I ask you a question?"DAD: "Yeah sure, what is it?" replied the man.SON: "Daddy, how much do you make an hour?"DAD: "That's none of your business. Why do you ask such a thing?" the man said angrily.SON: "I just want to know. Please tell me, how much do you make an hour?"DAD: "If you must know, I make Rs.100 an hour.""Oh," the little boy replied, with his head down.Looking up, he said, "Daddy, may I please borrow Rs.50?"
The father was furious, "If the only reason you asked that is so you can borrow some money to buy a silly toy or some other nonsense, then you march yourself straight to your room and go to bed. Think about why you are being so selfish. I work hard everyday for such this childish behavior."The little boy quietly went to his room and shut the door. The man sat down and started to get even angrier about the little boy's questions. How dare he ask such questions only to get some money? After about an hour or so, the man had calmed down, and started to think: Maybe there was something he really needed to buy with that Rs.50 and he really didn't ask for money very often. The man went to the door of the little boy's room and opened the door."Are you asleep, son?" He asked. No daddy, I'm awake," replied the boy."I've been thinking, maybe I was too hard on you earlier," said the man."It's been a long day and I took out my aggravation on you. Here's the Rs.50 you asked for." The little boy sat straight up, smiling. "Oh, thank you daddy!" He yelled. Then, reaching under his pillow he pulled out some crumpled up bills. The man, seeing that the boy already had money, started to get angry again. The little boy slowly counted out his money, and then looked up at his father."Why do you want more money if you already have some?" the father grumbled."Because I didn't have enough, but now I do," the little boy replied."Daddy, I have Rs.100 now. Can I buy an hour of your time? Please come home early tomorrow. I would like to have dinner with you."Share this story with someone you like....But even better, share Rs.100 worth of time with someone you love. It's just a short reminder to all of you working so hard in life. We should not let time slip through our fingers without having spent some time with those who really matter to us, those close ! to our hearts.
Management Lesson
One fine day, a bus driver went to the bus garage, started his bus, and drove off along the route. No problems for the first few stops - a few people got on, a few got off, and things went generally well. At the next stop, however, a big hulk of a guy got on. Six feet eight, built like a wrestler, arms hanging down to the ground. He glared at the driver and said, "Big John doesn ' t pay!" and sat down at the back. Did I mention that the driver was five feet three, thin, and basically meek? Well, he was. Naturally, he didn ' t argue with Big John, but he wasn ' t happy about it. The next day the same thing happened - Big John got on again, made a show of refusing to pay, and sat down. And the next day, and the next. This grated on the bus driver, who started losing sleep over the way Big John was taking advantage of him. Finally he could stand it no longer. He signed up for body building courses, karate, judo, and all that good stuff. By the end of the summer, he had become quite strong; what ' s more, he felt really good about himself. So on the next Monday, when Big John once again got on the bus and said, "Big John doesn ' t pay!" The driver stood up, glared back at the passenger, and screamed, "And why not?" With a surprised look on his face, Big John replied, "Big John has a bus pass."

WAQT NAHIN - A very beautiful Poetry
" WAQT NAHI "
Har khushi Hai Logon Ke Daman Mein,
Par Ek Hansi Ke Liye Waqt Nahi.
Din Raat Daudti Duniya Mein,
Zindagi Ke Liye Hi Waqt Nahi.
Maa Ki Loree Ka Ehsaas To Hai,
Par Maa Ko Maa Kehne Ka Waqt Nahi.
Saare Rishton Ko To Hum Maar Chuke,
Ab Unhe Dafnane Ka Bhi Waqt Nahi.
Saare Naam Mobile Mein Hain,
Par Dosti Ke Lye Waqt Nahi.
Gairon Ki Kya Baat Karen,
Jab Apno Ke Liye Hi Waqt Nahi.
Aankhon Me Hai Neend Badee,
Par Sone Ka Waqt Nahi.
Dil Hai Ghamon Se Bhara Hua,
Par Rone Ko Bhi Waqt Nahi.
Paison ki Daud Me Aise Daude,
Ki Thakne ka Bhi Waqt Nahi.
Paraye Ehsason Ki Kya Kadr Karein,
Jab Apne Sapno Ke Liye Hi Waqt Nahi.
Tu Hi Bata E Zindagi,
Iss Zindagi Ka Kya Hoga,
Ki Har Pal Marne Walon Ko,
Jeene Ke Liye Bhi Waqt Nahi.......
Always keep smiling and be happy. Life is too small to complain."
Have a nice Day "
